I provide top-quality and professional handyman services to our Beaches community. My prices reflect the quality and pride I put into all of my work. My customer’s satisfaction is my number one priority and I will stick with any job from start to finish until you are 100% satisfied. Not everyone has the time or tools to make household repairs or complete installation work however, I do. I am equipped to provide a variety of services, from small household repairs to more extensive solutions.
FLAT-RATE SERVICES
All prices are for labor only unless specified otherwise. The cost of the unit and materials will be billed alongside the final receipt. You can purchase your items ahead of time, however, I offer free per appointment pickup and delivery of your items with a copy of the receipt. Store trips for unforeseen material needs, while work is ongoing, will be billed alongside the final bill for a maximum of 1 charge per appointment block.

Non-flat-rate labor will be quoted by-the-hour or what best fits the scope of your work.
TV Mounting ($125-$160)
Pricing is determined by size. $125 price includes mounting any TV below 50" Any greater than 50" is $160. Additional wall anchors and screws are included in the price of any installation.
Wire Concealment through the wall (+$85 Optional includes wall pass-throughs and power cord)
Install of new power outlet behind the TV (+$175 Optional) includes material and clean up
Kitchen or Bathroom Sink Faucet Install ($140)*
Have your kitchen or bathroom faucet professionally replaced. I offer package discounts for more than (3) three. I will replace the supply valves if deemed necessary for the installation and the cost of valves is included in the original install price.
Ceiling Fan Replacement ($135-$165)*
Replace any existing ceiling fan with a new fan of your choice. I do not offer a new install unless an existing light or ceiling fan is already in place. $135 price is for a non-lighted and lighted fan. Fans with wireless remotes are $165. Fans larger than 60" or ceilings above 12ft are subject to additional fees.
Light Fixture Replacement ($110-200)
I can replace any existing light fixture inside or out. Pricing depends on the size, location, and complication of the installation. For example; Is your item 16ft up, or too large for 1 person to hold, or no box is present. Prices range from $125 to $200 per item. $110 each is the base price for any flush mount, hanging, or recessed lights.
Patio + IKEA + Grill Assembly ($85ea)*
Need something assembled? I got it covered. Patio furniture, Grills, or, IKEA Furniture are a flat rate of $85 per item. I offer to pick up and deliver for an additional charge as needed. Package “discount” on assembly (-$$$)When the number of items is above (3) Three you will get a pro-rated assembly charge per item.
Kitchen Garbage Disposal Replacement ($140)
Have your corded or hard-wired garbage disposal replaced for the flat price of $140. Hard-wired units will require the purchase of an additional hard-wire kit alongside your new disposal.
Closet Shelving Install ($140-$+)
I can install your wire or wood shelving in your closet or pantry. Pricing is determined by the size and quantity of shelving needed. Common price ranges from $140-$+ but can change depending on your needs and scope of work.
Tub Spout or Shower Trim Kit Replacement
($85-$350)
Have your old or tub spout replaced for $85, or your whole shower and spout trim kit replaced for $350. If in-wall valve replacement is needed there will be an additional charge for additional repairs. Prices are for labor only. The client will need to purchase a trim kit separately, or I can pick one up at the store.
Window Coverings + Blind Install ($45ea)*
I can install your curtain rods and hang your curtains, or install your new blinds for $45 per unit. I offer discounts on more than (4) four of any combo of the two.
Door Handle Replacement ($40ea)*
I offer door handle replacement at a fixed flat rate of $40 each. I offer a package discount on (4) Four or more at $25 each. This discount applies to (4) or more only. Includes deadbolt replacement if applicable.
Outlet/Dimmer
Replacement ($45ea)*
I offer flat rate outlet replacement or cap off for $45 each. The charge includes any non-GFI 2 port outlet in the price. If GFI is required due to location an additional $20 charge will be added to cover the cost of the unit. I offer package discounts on (4) or more.
(Also offer a whole home package deal if requested for all switches, GFCI, and standard outlets.)
Exhaust Fan Install/Replace ($150-$275)
Replace an existing bathroom exhaust fan for $150. If no fan is currently in place and you would like one. I can install a new one with an exterior vent for $275. the Install of a new unit will be tied into an existing light or switch if one is present. If a new light switch is needed there will be an additional charge.
Storm Door Install ($175)
Have your current storm door replaced, or a new one installed for $175 Install price includes pick up and Delivery of your item. The quoted price is for labor only. The cost of the unit will be billed alongside the labor cost.
Interior Door Slab and/or Frame Install
($150-$475)
Have your door slab only replaced. Keep the existing trim and frame in place if able and I will install a slab, drill handle holes, install the needed handle, and attach hinges for $155. The whole door and frame replaced for $475. Which includes caulking. Painting the door and trim is extra.
Barn Door Install ($250-$350)
Have your Barn door(s) professionally installed. Prices vary depending on the size of the door, location, or quantity. Single Door install starts at $250. Double door entries are $350. The size, weight, and material of the door mayc also affect pricing.
Dishwasher Install ($175-$250)
Have your Existing dishwasher replaced for $150 with pick up and delivery included. Or have a new dishwasher wired and plumbed in for $225. Existing power and water must be in place to run new outlets and valves.
“RING” Product install + Hook Up ($85)*
Have your RING doorbell, camera, etc professionally installed at your convenience. I offer to install and hook up (in-app) for $85 per item. I offer discounts on installs of (3) three or more.
Professional Picture Hanging ($45ea)*
I offer professional and level accurate picture hanging. Included in the price I provide the anchors necessary to hang any picture frame manageable for a single person. If additional help is needed there will be a surcharge of $20 per item too large for one person.
Multiple Pictures will be billed at an hourly rate to save you on labor cost
Attic Ladder Install ($475)
I can install your wood or aluminum attic ladder in your pre-existing attic entrance. Included in the price I will trim out your entrance with molding when completed. I will provide the molding. If cutting of drywall or new framework is required there will be an additional charge of $75 for the cost of materials and labor.
Wired Fire Detector Replace/Install ($25-$50)
New Unit is Included in the $50 price and is provided Free of charge. If a select model is preferred you may purchase yours ahead of time at which you will be prorated at $25 per unit to install or replace.
Toilet Replacement ($200)
Have your current toilet replaced for $200. Install price includes pick up and Delivery of your item. The quoted price is for labor only. The cost of the unit will be billed alongside the Final labor cost. there is an additional labor cost for above ground floor installs.
Metal or Resin Shed Assembly ($350-$750)
Have any metal or resin shed from any of the big box retail stores. Rates vary depending on size. The slab must already be in place.
Resin shed price range: $350-$550 Metal shed price range: $600-$750
THIS SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE MORNING OR WINTERTIME. WORK WILL PAUSE AFTER 12pm and a follow-up appointment will be scheduled.
Front Door Dent Repair/Painting ($325)
Have your front door freshly painted and any unsightly dent/scratches repaired. Service includes removal of old handle set and replacement with new if available. Scratch/Dent spot repair, and lastly painting with your choice of color. The price of the service also includes exterior paint for the outside of the door. Interior paint is subject to an additional charge.
